2. No Client Relationship Created by Website Use

A client relationship with AMLCSI is created only when AMLCSI expressly accepts the engagement and the applicable client agreement, proposal, order, invoice, subscription, or other written arrangement has been accepted or executed as required by AMLCSI.

If there is a conflict between these Terms of Service and a separately signed agreement between you and AMLCSI, the separately signed agreement will control with respect to the services covered by that agreement.

• AMLCSI may revoke, correct, reissue, or invalidate a certificate if it was issued in error, obtained through misuse, associated with inaccurate user information, or otherwise inconsistent with AMLCSI's records or requirements.
